Thank you the product was received. i have the following comments 1. The advert specifications and capabilities of the EDG 200 are different from the actual product, the advert specified that the EDG 200 will not need calibration using other methods on site, yet it does require calibration using other methods onsite. This product specification was the most important to me as the client as it gave an impression of upgrade from EDG S2, yet its not true, hence the unsatisfied comment. 2. The after sales technical support and user manual is below standard, upto now am failing to download data from EDG 200 to computer as the manual has no guide on how its done and request for assistance from the sales team has not yielded any results.
